If you don't know what Intel is or does. Its kinda sad why? you ask cause it's damn there the reason your computer is able to do more then one thing. The Intel company makes processors to handle whatever it is your computer is trying to do... the better the processor the faster, easier and more capable of it to multi task... but other then that it look so clean in there I would run around there in my socks...
