When you think of payless, you automatically think of cheap shoes, that hurt your feet, but they def have stepped it up. payless have been doing all these collaborations with designers like Christian Siriano and Alice + Olivia. in my opinion some of the shoes i saw weren't too bad, and if your one of those people who aren't scared to wear or do what ever you want why not buy these shoes? their in style according to season and look pretty good to pull off.
