Jeffrey Atkins better know as Ja Rule was recently pulled over by the police because "supposedly" the vehicle he was in was driving over the speed limit, without insurance and a suspended registration. When the police checked the car they reported they smelled weed and found a .40 caliber semi-automatic in the rear driver's side door. If Ja Rule gets convicted he faces up to four years in prison.
