Ok so ive been hearing alot of talk on this subject so i checked it out. Lil wayne is not allowed to sign autographs during his sentence he will be " treated like just a normal prisoner while he does his time at Riker's Island." ...Yeah right like wayne is really gunna be treated as such lol.
