Yeah a know everybody was going to sue each other... And what do you know Apple have just declared war with an Asian company High Tech Computer aka HTC... (scared for apple asian people are dangerous when piss off) but it seems from reading all of the top tech sites it seems its mainly about the use of android and its ability to perform.... So from what I understand Apple doesn't like the way HTC turns Android into a finger friendly beast with its sense UI... I cant wait to see how this ends I tell you this is going to be a good one...
